Will my MFP connect to both Windows and MAC?
Yes, our selection of printers and MFPs all have connection capabilities and our technicians can assist you with setup upon delivery. The brands of MFPs we offer are designed to make device setup (including network connection) easier and faster. Because our printers and MFPs connect wirelessly to your network, you don’t have to worry about compatibility issues with Windows or Apple computers.
Can I scan documents to my email, folders, or document storage system?
Yes, MFPs are capable of scanning and sending to your email or a network folder. There are also other models available that can scan and upload to popular cloud services such as Microsoft OneDrive for business, SharePoint Online, Box.com and Google Drive.
What is included in a service agreement with Graphic Enterprises?
A service agreement with Graphic Enterprises includes:
- A FREE loaner if needed
- Guaranteed response time of four hours for any down equipment
Is toner included?
Yes, toner is included in our service agreement. To get new toner, it takes approximately one to two business days to have it shipped to your office. Pick up options are also available upon request.
Can we restrict color?
Yes, color usage can be restricted in many different ways. Your service professional will discuss the options with you to determine the best solution for your work environment.
At Graphic Enterprises, the goal of our Managed Print Services is to understand your paper processes and workflow and figure out how to offer you a more cost-effective way to print. If you’re concerned about expenses associated with color printing, we can either offer a way to control it, or find the right equipment within your budget that offers cost-effective color printing capabilities.
Your new MFP or printer will offer you a more efficient way to print in color—so you may find that blocking the ability isn’t necessary!
What is your service response time?
We promise to respond to emergency calls within four business hours. If we do not meet this pledge for any reason, you receive a 10% credit on your next purchase—because that’s just who we are as a business! At Graphic Enterprises, we do more than fix it fast, we fix it right the first time.
Can I get a quote?
Can you buy out my current equipment lease?
Yes, Graphic Enterprises can buy out your current equipment lease. The buyout amount is based on payments remaining and residual value of the equipment.

What is the timeframe for delivery and install of my new equipment?
Timeframe for delivery depends on availability of the equipment you ordered, but most deliveries occur within a couple of days after you place your order, and installation is completed upon delivery.
Will you train me to use my new copier?
Yes, free training on how to use your new equipment is included in our services and can be arranged upon delivery.
Can I print wirelessly?
Yes, our selection of printers and MFPs all have connection capabilities that allow you to print wirelessly, and our technicians can assist you with setup upon delivery. The brands of MFPs we offer are designed to make device setup (including network connection) easier and faster.
Can I fax from my desktop?
Yes, just like you can print wirelessly from your desktop, you can also complete many other tasks wirelessly such as sending a fax.
